The LG&E, KU and ODP mobile app developed earlier this year continues to reach more customers, with nearly 120,000 downloads to date! Reviews of the app remain impressive, with average ratings of 4.7 and higher.

Now there is even more for customers to love. Residential and most small-business customers can now access the following features on the mobile app:

  • View monthly usage and more detailed history.
  • Sign up for paperless billing.
  • Sign up for and manage notifications, including several options for your bill.
  • Edit contact phone number and email address.
  • Report outages without logging in.

If you need to download the app, visit Google Play or the App Store for the newest version.

If you’ve previously downloaded the app, your phone may make the update automatically or prompt you to do so once you open the app.
