Here’s a quick reminder that our customer service business offices and call centers will be closed Monday, Feb. 21 (Presidents Day) so our Customer Service Representatives can receive extra training to sharpen their skills and continue to provide you with the best service possible.

Don’t worry. Our technicians and other employees will be on the job that day – as they always are – to ensure you have the safe and reliable energy you need. They’ll be ready to respond quickly should there be any type of emergency resulting in a power outage. 

Even though we will be closed, you’ll still be able to conduct business with us. Use our mobile app (download from the App Store or Google Play) or go to my.lge-ku.com to access your account to review/ pay your bill, make a payment arrangement, start or stop service, etc. You can also call us and use our automated system. Press 1-2-1 (business customers press 2-2-1) to get your account balance and payment due date. Press 1-2-3 to make a payment. Please have your account number and payment amount ready.
