“Poof” goes the paper – simplify your life with paperless billing

One of the most popular New Year’s resolutions is to clear out the clutter. Well, if that’s one of the resolutions still on your list for 2024, we’re here to help. You can reduce the amount of paper you have to deal with by signing up for paperless billing. It couldn’t be easier – just download our free mobile app (download it here or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores), register your account and follow the directions. Piece of cake.

After you’ve signed up, you’ll get an email each month that includes a summary of your bill, showing the amount due and the due date. You’ll also receive a link that allows you to review your complete bill and make your payment safely and securely.

For even greater convenience when you sign up for paperless billing, pair it with My Notifications (once again, easy to do with our mobile app). You’ll receive a monthly reminder about your bill via text, email and/or voice call – you choose. You also decide when you want to be notified – when your bill is ready to be viewed, five days before the payment is due or one day past the due date (if payment has not been received).
