Upcoming one-day closure is all about serving you

Please make a note that our business offices and call centers will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, so our customer service representatives can undergo more training to help them provide you the best service possible.

Your monthly utility bill is never due on a day we are closed, but you do have options to do business with us on those days if you choose. If you want to review and/or pay your bill, make a payment arrangement or something else, you can do so by using our free mobile app. (Download it or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores.) Signing in to your online account (My Account) or calling us are other ways you can connect with us. If you call, press 1-2-1 to get your account balance and due date; press 1-2-3 if you want to make a payment.

Finally, while our offices and call centers are closed, our technicians and other employees will be on the job making sure you have the power you need to get through your day and to handle any power emergency that may arise.
